Humble Beginnings Foster Enduring Growth

Like a lot of great companies, Bev-Hub started in a garage. In 2015, with more than 20 years of experience as a business leader in the Aviation Industry, Dan McDonald embarked on an entrepreneurial journey that started with a small batch of cold brew coffee and a homemade keg bicycle.

The Nitro Joe’s brand was created to give coffee lovers a grab-and-go alternative to iced coffee. With a unique infusion of nitrogen, and creamy coffee flavor, this versatile, shelf stable beverage with an almost instant success in the Wichita, KS market. Expansion began right away.

Dan began buying the beverage production equipment required to produce Nitro Joe’s in mass quantities.

While growing the Nitro Joe’s brand, Dan recognized gaps in the co-packing industry. Bev-Hub was created to fill those gaps, and to further innovate beverage manufacturing.

By 2019, Bev-Hub was filling 1.5 Million annually. The company was also certified as an SQF Level 2 Certified facility.

In 2021 Bev-Hub opened its main beverage manufacturing and co-packing facility in Manhattan, KS. The nearly $25 million project allowed Bev-Hub to become a one-stop shop for worldwide beverage brands and start-ups.

In 2024 Bev-Hub welcomed Greg Knabe as COO. Greg has more than 25 years of experience in beverage manufacturing and supply chain management.

Bev-Hub currently has more than 100 employees, a state-of-the-art facilities designed to help brands and entrepreneurs find success in the beverage industry.
