We take quality and safety seriously. We do our testing through the process authority, TechniCAL. Our Co-packing facilities provide flavor profile testing and heat penetration testing. We do not formulate but can provide contacts upon request. Our quality control testing also includes:

Flavor Profile Testing

Flavor profile testing is used to analyze the taste, aroma, and other sensations in a beverage. This is crucial step in product development and quality control. Understanding the characteristics of a drink allows beverage manufactures to target various preferences, and make refinements to products to improve taste and quality.

Heat Penetration Testing

Heat penetration testing determines how a beverage reacts when heated.  This testing is essential to balance the quality and safety of a product. This information helps determine the shelf life of a beverage, and at what temperature it may suffer from flavor or nutrient loss. Manufacturers are then able to adjust production to help maintain quality and stability.
